Study evaluating the efficacy of bone marrow concentrate (BMC) in treating hip osteoarthritis.

This pilot study of 18 hips from 16 patients demonstrates that a single intra-articular injection of Bone Marrow Concentrate (BMC) serves as a safe biological bridge for symptomatic hip osteoarthritis, significantly reducing pain with activity (from 8 to 4.5) and at rest (from 5 to 1) while improving functional scores such as the mHHS (from 63 to 80) and HOS-ADL (from 71 to 85) over six months.
